Main Building
incorporating kitchen, office, staff recreation room, equipment store, 2 classroom and annex.
Classroom
Consisting of two 4.5metres by 4.5 metres classrooms with separate entrances easily convertible into one large classroom,
incorporating a permanently setup digital
projector and white boards.
Kitchen
Fully equipped, complete with large range cooker. Can cater for over 100 people.
Main Campsite
Sheltered grass area measuring approximately 30 metres by 70 metres accommodating 90 persons in tents with 5 concrete base cooking areas with permanent seating which can double up as training areas.
Team Campsites
Two small secluded campsites just off the main campsite. Ideal for a team wanting independence i.e. Duke of Edinburgh expedition teams.
Modern Toilet Block
Separated into boys , girls, and adult areas, each including space for changing and coat hooks. Hot water and showers.
Barbeque Area
Two large permanent barbeques with stainless steel food preparation benches, sink with running cold water.
Woodland
Open training in 22 acres of mixed woodland great for exploring, nature studies, shelter building and other activities.
Orienteering
Our own permanent orienteering course within our site grounds consisting of 16 posts. A professional orienteering map has been produced for its use.
Shooting Range
An outdoor .177 calibre air rifle range with three shooting positions.
Bonfire Area
Fire pit using locally sourced wood to burn, surrounded by movable rustic log seating, ideal for group gatherings.
